Candor operates under Open Feed Network, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. Creating an account establishes a binding agreement with this entity.
Users must be at least 13 years old and consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We record your consent at signup, including IP address, browser info, version accepted, and timestamp.
The platform uses multiple safety modules:
All safety systems are operated solely to maintain feed integrity and user safety. They are not used for advertising, data monetization, or political targeting.
Users retain ownership of posted content while granting the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute that content.

The platform does not restrict opinions, political speech, satire, or controversial viewpoints.
Candor explicitly prohibits terrorist and violent extremist content in all forms, including promotion, recruitment materials, and live-streamed attacks. The ThreatShield system quarantines confirmed content and reports to authorities including the FBI.
Academic research, journalism, and survivor testimony referencing TVEC without promotion receive explicit protection.

The feed algorithm and Truth Shield operate as open source. Sentinel, Gateway, Shield, and Beacon remain closed source to prevent circumvention.
