How it works
Beacon FR adapts Beacon’s wellbeing-signal approach to first-responder organizations, oriented around early support and confidentiality — connecting personnel to resources and peer pathways before a crisis, never generating discipline-facing reports. Trust is the product’s entire foundation, and the design treats it that way.
