The parent proves adulthood through a real verification service, sees a plain-language notice before anything happens, and signs the consent naming a single-use nonce. The ID image is destroyed on the service before the ceremony even completes.
The signed consent is committed to a hash-chained, tamper-evident ledger — then verified independently, in the browser, without trusting the server that produced it.
